The bride, given in marriage by Col. Edwin Thor, commanding officer of the station, wore a gown of white nylon, princess style, with full skirt, long sleeves and sweet-heart neckline. Her finger-tip veil of net was caught up with a crescent of seed pearls. She carried a huge bouquet of roses and lilies of the valley.
The bride was attended by Lieuts. Mary Armstrong and Margaret Mitchell, both of the Army Nurse corp, as bridesmaids. They wore pastel gowns and carried bouquets of multi-colored sweet peas. Miss Grace Thor, daughter of Col. Thor was flower girl and wore a dress of blue net and carried basket of sweet peas. Capt. John Murray was best man.
RECEPTION AT CLUB
Following the wedding, a reception was held at the officers' club, Villa Guglhof, with more then 250 guests present. A five-tier wedding cake presented by Captain Murray, was served.
Miss Lancaster was graduated from Washburn high school and the New England Baptist hospital and has served two years in the Army Nurse corp.
Capt. Miller is a graduate of Tulsa high school and a military school and has served five years in the U. S. Army.
The couple left on a wedding trip, which included a visit to Berchtesgaden and a week in Paris.
They are expected to arrive in the United States in August for a 90-day furlough.
