BETROTHED -- Mrs. Stora A. Fuller of Washburn announces the engagement of her daughter, Iris Mae Valley, to Bernard William Black, son of Mrs. Florence O. Black and the late John H. Black of 114 Karnes avenue, Cumberland, Md.

Miss Valley is a graduate of Washburn high school class of 1947, and attended Zion Bible Institute, East Providence, R. I. Mr. Black was a member of the class of 1946 at Allegheny high school in Cumberland, Md. and has completed two years of training at Zion Bible Institute. The wedding will take place in the near future.
