ENGAGED -- Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin D. Smith of Washburn announce the engagement of their daughter, Joyce Floreen, to Edrick M. Flewelling, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alonzo Flewelling of Crouseville. Miss Smith was graduated from Washburn high school and attended the National College for Christian Workers, in Kansas City, Mo. Flewelling is also a graduate of Washburn high and is associated in business with his father at Crouseville.

The wedding will be in the spring.
