They were attended by Miss Shirley Kirk of Ashland, and Leroy Dickinson. The bride was attired in a green dress and Miss Kirk wore black. Both wore corsages of red roses.
Mrs. Price, mother of the bride, was dressed in black and Mrs. Umphrey, mother of the bridegroom, wore an aqua dress. Both complemented their dresses by corsages of yellow poms.
The bridal party had dinner at Green Acres followed by a reception at the home of Mrs. Fred Umphrey. Mrs. Myrtle Butterfield was in charge of the guest book and Mrs. Gladys Conley presided over the gift table. Assisting in serving were Mrs. Murray Duncan, Mrs. William Duncan, Mrs. William Umphrey and Mrs. Edward Bull.
Out of town guests included Roger LaBelle, Ft. Fairfield: Mr. and Mrs, Stanford Hawes, Mr, and Mrs. Annis Hawes, Mr. and Mrs. Guy Kirk of Ashland; Roger Kelley, Ft. Fairfield; Mr. and Mrs, James Bishop of Presque Isle, and Mrs. James Conley of Woodland.
