ENGAGED--Mr. and Mrs. William Foreid of Elizabeth, N. J., announce the engagement of their daughter, Miss Gladys E. Foreid, to Alton L. Richardson, son of Mr. James Richardson and the late Mrs. Mary Ellen Richardson of Washburn.

Miss Foreid is a graduate of Batten high school, Elizabeth, N. J., and Zion Bible Institute, East Providence, R. I. She is now employed in the office of Wiss Sons, Inc., Newark, N. J.

Mr. Richardson is a graduate of Washburn high school. He served 15 months in the Armed Forces, stationed for some time in Tokyo, Japan.

Mr. Richardson is president of the Senior Class at Zion Bible Institute where he is now completing his training for the Ministry.

Both plan to enter the foreign mission field in the future, and plans are now being made for the wedding shortly after his graduation in May.
