ENGAGED -- Mr. and Mrs. Henry Russell of Washburn announce the engagement of their daughter, Marilyn Alice and John Alan Hall, son of Mr. and Mrs. Howie Hall of Orono. Miss Russell is a graduate of Washburn high school, Grauland Junior college, and the University of Maine. A late summer wedding is planned.
