BETROTHED -- Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin D. Smith of Washburn announce the engagement of their daughter, Mona Elizabeth, to Lawrence P. Storm, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alton Storm of Westmanland. Miss Smith is a graduate of Washburn High school in the class of 1951 and at present is employed in Worcester, Mass. Mr. Storm is serving in the Navy and is now attending Naval school at Newport, R. I. No date has been set for the wedding.
