ENGAGED -- Mr. and Mrs. Eldridge Conley of Washburn are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Gladys Elaine, to Malcolm Earl Whitehouse of Washburn. Miss Conley is a 1954 graduate of Washburn High School and has been employed by the Bates Manufacturing Company of Lewiston. Mr. Whitehouse attended Washburn schools and has served two years with the Armed Forces. He is engaged in farming. A fall wedding is planned.
