The Rev. Earl Waterman officiated at the double ring ceremony, assisted by the Rev. J. Wesley Stuart of the First Baptist Church of Washburn.
Mrs. John Stoddard, church organist, played the traditional wedding music and accompanied Gerald Flewelling, soloist, who sang Because and O Promise Me.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, was lovely in a ballerina length gown of nylon net over slipper satin, her bouffant skirt had a lace panel down the front, with fitted bodice of lace and Mandarin collar, long pointed sleeves with tiny buttons at the wrists. Her finger tip veil of nylon tulle fell from a half hat of nylon and velvet. She carried a white Bible with corsage of white Poms and ribbon streamers.
Miss Marlene Conley sister of the bride, was maid of honor and wore a yellow ballerina length gown of nylon net over taffeta, fitted strapless bodice with lace jacket and matching head band. Her bouquet was bronze poms.
Miss Vella Conley, sister, and Mrs. Beverly Conley, classmate of the bride, were bridesmaids. They wore gowns similar to that of the maid of honor. Miss Conley's was pink and Mrs. Conley's was green. They carried bouquets of harmonizing colored poms.
Richard Whitehouse, brother of the bridegroom was best man. The ushers were Robert Conley of Hartford, Conn., brother of the bride; Carl Winslow cousin of the bridegroom, and Paul Conley cousin of the bride. The bride's younger brother, Douglas Conley, ushered in the three grandmothers and mothers.
Donna Dean, cousin of the bride, was flower girl. Her gown was blue nylon net over taffeta, ballerina length, with full skirt and matching headband. She carried a basket of poms and petals. Lester Conley, youngest brother of the bride, was ringbearer and carried the rings on a white satin pillow with lace trim.
The mother of the bride wore a street length dress of dusty rose lace with navy blue accessories. Her corsage was white poms.
The bridegroom's mother was dressed in a sheer navy blue dress with rose and white accessories. Her corsage was white poms.
The three grandmothers had corsages of colored poms.
A reception followed at the Crouseville Mission building and was decorated with colored crepe paper streamers and with flowers.
The bride's cake, made by the mother of the bride was cut by Mrs. Ethel Patten, aunt of the bride, and served by Mrs. Robert Conley, after the first slice was cut by the couple.
Mrs. Frank D'Amico, aunt of the bride, was in charge of the guest book, Miss Lois Umphrey and Mrs. Shirley De Angelo had charge of the gift table.
The bride is a graduate of Washburn High school, class of '54. The bridegroom attended Washburn schools and is now engaged in farming with his father.
The couple plan a wedding trip to Florida and will remain there for the winter.

B.; Mrs. Harold Burke, Shirley Burke, Winterport; Mrs. Russell Broad, East Corinth: Mr. and Mrs Willard McIntyre and family, Patten.
