ENGAGED -- Mrs. James Butterfield of Washburn and Mr. Eugene Ballard of Patten have announced the engagement of their daughter, Cynthia Helen, above, to Mr. Nathaniel A. Churchill son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Churchill of Washburn. Miss Ballard will be graduated from Washburn High School in June. Mr. Churchill was graduated from Washburn High School and the University of Maine in 1954. He is a member of Phi Eta Kappa fraternity. No date has been set for the wedding.
