BRIDE-ELECT -- Mrs Ella Kinney of Mars Hill has announced the engagement of her daughter, Ella Marlene, above, to Wallace V. Boyd, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Boyd, also of Mars Hill. Miss Kinney is a graduate of Aroostook Central Institute and attended Zion Bible Institute in East Providence, R. I. She is at present employed at the Mars Hill Restaurant. Boyd is a graduate of Aroostook Central Institute and attended Zion Bible Institute. He is now engaged in farming. The wedding will take place July 14 [1955]
