Miss Thibodeau Becomes Bride In Presque Isle

PRESQUE ISLE, Sept. 2 [1955] -- Miss Pauline Joan Thibodeau daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick C. Thibodeau of Presque Isle became the bride of Emile Thomas Caron, son of Mrs. Thomas Caron of Fort Kent, Saturday, August 27 at St. Mary's Catholic church in Presque Isle. The Rev. Rene LaVoie officiated at the double ring ceremony.

The bride wore a light pink suit with white accessories and a cordage of white glamellia.

Mrs. John C. Thibodeau of Caribou, sister-in-law of the bride, was the matron of honor. She was attired in a light gray suit with white accessories. Her corsage was of white carnations.

The best man was John C. Thibodeau of Caribou, brother of the bride.

Mrs. Caron is a graduate of Presque Isle High School and is employed at Sears, Roebuck and Co., retail store in Presque Isle.

Caron attended Fort Kent schools and is a veteran of World War II. He is employed by The State Highway Commission in Presque Isle.

After a short wedding trip the couple will reside at 197A Main Street, Presque Isle.
