The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cyrene J. Smith of Beachmont, Mass., is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law and a member of the Massachusetts Bar. She served for nine years in various countries abroad under the U. S. State Department Foreign Service.
Mr. Day, a graduate if Ricker College, Houlton served with the U. S. Marines during World War II. He is employed with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in Boston.
The couple will reside in Boston.
