MISS MARILYN STAIRS

Marilyn Stairs Engaged To Wed Louis E. Peters

Mr. and Mrs. Osborne Stairs of Washburn announced Friday the engagement of their daughter, Marilyn Joan, to Louis Edward Peters, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Peters of Carmel.

Miss Stairs is a graduate of Washburn High School and Husson College. She is a member of Phi Rho Zeta International Sorority. Miss Stairs is presently employed by the U. S. Army Recruiting Main Station, Bangor.

Peters attended Carmel High School and is now attending Husson College. He served three years with the Marine Corps during the Korean War. He is a member if Mu Sigma Chi Fraternity and a member of the Benevolent Lodge of Masons.

A February wedding is planned.
