Elisabeth Tilley, Washburn, To Wed Thomas Moorman

WASHBURN, July 29 [1956] -- Mrs. Blanche Tilley of Washburn has announced the engagement of her daughter, Elisabeth June Tilley, to Thomas Frank Moorman, son of H. D. Moorman of Roanoke, Va.

Miss Tilley is a graduate of Washburn High School and Husson College, Bangor. She is employed in the bookkeeping department of the Maine State Potato Company in Presque Isle.

Mr. Moorman is a graduate of Stewartsville (Va.) High School and the International Business Machines School in New York. He is employed with I.B.M. in Richmond, Va.

A September wedding is planned.
