EDWINA RAND
Mrs. Lucy Rand, of Presque Isle announces the engagement of her daughter, Edwina Ruth Rand, to Samuel Stairs, son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel E. Stairs of Washburn.
Miss Rand is a senior at Washburn High School.
Mr. Stairs is a graduate of Washburn High School and is now employed in Connecticut.
A June wedding is planned.
