Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Cunningham of Washburn have announced the engagement of their daughter, Melvina E., to Darryl A. Peary, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Peary, also of Washburn.
Miss Cunningham was graduated from Washburn High School in the class of 1962 and is a junior at Aroostook State Teachers College where she is majoring in elementary education.
Mr. Peary, also, was graduated from Washburn High School and is attending Fort Kent State Teachers College where he is majoring in junior high school education.
No date has been set for the wedding.
