MRS. W. B. HILL, HARRY UMPHREY WED AT GORHAM

GORHAM - Mrs. William Barlow Hill and Harry Ellsworth Umphrey have announced their marriage on Thursday, at Gorham.

The wedding took place at the home of the bride's brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph E. Parker, The Rev. Harrison W. Dubbs officiated.

Mrs Hill, formerly of Bangor, is a resident of Birmingham, Mich.

Mr. Umphrey, of Washburn, is president of Aroostook Potato Growers and a director of the Northern National Bank of Presque Isle. A past director of the United States Chamber of Commerce, he holds honorary degrees from Colby College and the University of Maine.
