Lorraine Everett Massies Glen Tarr Of East Holden

PERHAM -- Miss Lorraine Everett, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Everett of Washburn, became the bride of Glen Leland Tarr, son of Mrs. Amber Tarr and the late Clifford Tarr of East Holden, August 20 at the First Baptist Church of Perham.

The Rev. Carlton Cockey performed the ceremony. Mrs. Emma Dow was organist, Waldron Babbage, soloist.

The bride, escorted by her father, wore a gown of peau de soie with detachable train and carried pink Sweetheart roses surrounded with white carnations.

Miss Bonnie Tarr was maid of honor. Other attendants were Miss LaDene Everett, Mrs. Deborah Carroll and Miss Diane Lavway. They wore aqua gowns and carried pink and white carnations.

Flower girl was Miss Lynn Carroll, who wore a gown similar to the attendants, and carried a basket of miniature carnations.

Robert Cielinski was best man. Ushers were Lucius Carroll, Marvin McBriearity and Albert Hobbs.

Assisting during the reception in the church vestry were Mrs. Harriett Lewin, Mrs. Vespa Johnson, Mrs. Ardrith McIntire, Mrs. Leann Cielinski, Mrs. Brenda Allan, Mrs. Betty Everett and Mrs. Marie Everett.

The couple will make their home at R. F. D. 1, East Holden.
