ALICE ANNE BONDESON BECOMES BRIDE AT PERHAM

PERHAM - The wedding of Miss Alice Anne Bondeson of West Suffield Conn. to Wendall Ruth of East Hartford, Conn. took place Oct. 25 at the Perham Baptist Church at Perham.

The Rev. Kenneth Poole, brother-in-law of the bride, officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl H. Bondeson of Perham. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Ruth of 48 River St., Houlton.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a nylon lace gown with empire waist, sabrina neckline and long tapered sleeves. It was trimmed with sequins and pearls. Her veil, of nylon net was attached to a crown of sequins and pearls and she carried a while lace covered Bible centered with pink sweetheart roses.

Miss Carline Bondeson was maid of honor. She wore a floor length gown of blue peau-de-soie with long pointed sleeves. It featured a large sapphire blue bow and panel in the back. She wore a matching headpiece and carried a colonial bouquet of pink rosebuds.

Bill Barron of Mapleton was best man. Ushers were Sheldon Ellis of Ashland and Clifton Chamberlin of Crouseville.

Following the ceremony a reception was held in the church dining room. Assisting were Katrina Chamberlin, Claine Chamberlin, Sandra Sherman, Judy Tingley, Bonnie Barrow, Diane James, Cynthia Hallowell, Lilly Harris, Emma McDougal, Sharon Bondeson and Leona Sperry.

The bride is a 1965 graduate of Washburn High School and has been employed by Supreme Industries, East .Granby, Conn. The bridegroom is a graduate of Houlton High School, Hartford Plus School of Business, Hartford, Conn. and is employed in Hartford.

They are residing at 250 Plain Drive, East Hartford, Conn.
