PERHAM -- Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Sperry have announced the engagement of their daughter,
Ruth Marie, to Gilbert Walter McLaughlin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lonzo McLaughlin of Gilford.
Miss Sperrey is the daughter of the late Mary Bennett Sperrey.
Mr. McLaughlin holds an A.B. degree from the University of Maine.
Miss Sperrey is a graduate of Husson College. Both teach at Fort Fairfield High School.
