MRS. GILMAN J. COTE (Warrena T. Bragg)
The bride wore a full-length gown Chantilly lace over satin with full skirt, scalloped neckline and long, pointed sleeves. Her elbow-length veil of illusion was attached to a double crown of sequins and pearls. She carried a white missal covered with white lace and a white orchid.
Miss Charlene Cote, Limestone, was maid of honor. She wore a floor-length sheath dress of cranberry velvet with matching headpiece. She carried a colonial bouquet of white carnations and pink roses.
Bridesmaids were Miss Waunita Bragg, Washburn, and Miss Nancy Cote, Limestone. Their gowns were identical to the maid of honor's and they carried similar bouquets.
Robert Thibodeau of Washburn was best man and ushers were Ronnie Bragg and Fred Cote.
The flower girl, Donna Cote wore a white lace and satin dress similar to the bride's and wore a wreath of pink roses and leaves in her hair. She carried a basket of rose petals. Ringbearer was Bruce Bragg.
After the ceremony a buffet dinner and reception was held at the Odd Fellows' Hall of Caribou. Serving were Mrs. Delores Tarbox, Miss June Gamblin, Mrs. Sandra Thibodeau, Mrs. Milford Umphrey, Mrs. Delores Tarbox, Miss Felicia Barker, Misses Verna and Vera Bragg and Miss Brenda Dickinson.
The bride attended Washburn High School. The bridegroom is a graduate of Limestone High School and is in farming with his father. They will make their home in Limestone after a wedding trip to Southern New England.
