The altar was decorated with baskets of long stemmed red roses with greenery. Organist Miss Georgeann Peterson of South Lancaster, Mass., niece of the bride, played the traditional Lohengrins and Mendlessohn's wedding marches. Soloist James Heggherg of Loring rendered "Oh Perfect Love" and "The Lord's Prayer" by Malatte.
Dressed in a baby blue suit with matching pill box hat and veil, the bride wore a corsage of red roses and baby's breath.
The bridal attendant, Mrs. Raymond Todd, daughter of the groom, wore a navy blue dress with light blue accessories, white gloves, and a corsage of yellow carnations.
Miss Jane Peterson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Peterson of Caribou, was the flower girl. Her dress, headpiece and veil were of matching pink lace.
Mrs. Carl Peterson, mother of the bride, wore a aqua colored street length dress with a matching hat and a corsage of pink carnations.
Duane Sandstrom, son of the bride, served as best man. The ushers were Raymond Todd and Dale Peterson.
Relatives in attendance were served a luncheon following the ceremony.
