The Rev. Claude J. Albert performed the ceremony. Mrs. Llewellyn Jones was organist.
The bride, given in marriage by her father; wore a floor length sheath gown of Chantilly lace and rayon peau with chapel length watteau train. The fitted bodice was fashioned with jeweled sculptured neckline and traditional long pointed sleeves. A narrow banding of rayon peau defined the natural waistline ending in a large back bow. The watteau train with alternated bands of lace and illusion flowed from the shoulders into a chapel train.
Her bouffant elbow length veil of imported silk, illusion fell from a queen's crown of matching lace outlined in seed pearls and crystals, She carried a cascade bouquet of white orchids, baby's breath and stepheinotis.
Sharon Packard, maid of honor, was attired in a sheath gown of baby bouquet of pink carnations.
Jan Ayotte and Susan Miller, bridesmaids, wore identical floor-length, pink organza sheath gowns over taffeta decorated at the waistline with satin rosebuds. They carried colonial bouquets of blue poms.
The flower girl was Janice Johnston, the daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Raymond Johnston, wore a pink satin, ballerina-length gown and carried a basket of pink and blue poms. Her brother, John, was ring bearer.
Wayne Beaulieu, served as best man. Ushers were Douglas Beaulieu, Kendall Kenney. Maylen Kenney and Jeffrey Smith.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Presque Isle Country Club. Assisting were Miss Edith Dahlgren, Mrs. Lyle Kinney, Bonnie Kenney, Lynn McCready, Dory:Stout, Ann Packard, and Mrs. Richard Baird.
For a wedding trip to Quebec City the Bride wore a blue and white print suit with a corsage of white orchids.
Both the bride and bridegroom are l967 graduates of Presque Isle High School and plan to attend the University of Maine in the fall.
