Miss Barbara Paradis Weds Dana Caron

WASHBURN -- Miss Barbara Jean Paradis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Paradis, became the bride of Dana D. Caron, son of Denis Caron and the late Stella Caron of Limestone, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Presque Isle.

Father Claude Albert performed the double ring ceremony.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white floor length gown of white silk organza over taffeta with a laced decorated train. Her elbow length veil fell from a two tier crown of pearls. She carried a bouquet of white and red roses.

The maid of honor was Miss Brenda Paradis, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Miss Carolyn Caron, Mrs. Jim Clark. Junior bridesmaid was Miss Terry Theriault. Flower girl was Miss Eva Soucy of Caribou. They wore matching gowns of pink satin with white lace and matching headpieces. They carried red roses.

Best man was Guy Caron, brother of the groom. Ushers were Leland Paradis, Alton Caron and Vince Bernler of Limestone, Lonnie Paradis of Caribou was ring bearer.

The bride graduated from Washburn High School in 1966.

The bridegroom attended Limestone High School and is now employed by Pratt and Whitney at Southington, Conn.

After a wedding trip to Canada, the couple will make their, home at 73 Race St., Bristol, Conn.
