Sharon Parker
WOODLAND -- Mr. and Mrs. Merton Parker have announced the engagement of their daughter, Sharon Ann, to Lester M. Bartley, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Leland Bartley of Blaine. Miss Parker is a 1963 graduate of Washburn High School and is employed at the A. R. Gould Memorial Hospital.
Bartley is a 1963 graduate of Aroostook Central Institute, Mars Hill, class of 1963, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Union College, Barbourville, Ky., with a bachelor of arts degree in mathematics.
He is doing graduate work in mathematics at the University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kan.
A June 1 wedding is being planned.
