The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a floor length gown fashioned with lace top, scalloped sleeves and a skirt of satin with chapel length train. Her four tier illusion finger tip veil fell from a wedding ring of satin folds and seed pearls. She carried a cascade bouquet of red and white roses circled with colored carnations matching the attendants gowns.
Mrs. Roberta Felch of Peabody, Mass., was matron of honor. She wore a floor length gown of white bonded lace over Pastel blue taffeta, complemented by a pill box head piece of matching lace and net.
Gail Bell was the junior bridesmaid. She wore a floor length gown of mint green and carried a pink carnation. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Donna McGlaughlin, Brewer; Jane Logan, Middleboro, Mass., and Lynn Flewelling, Crouseville. Their colored gowns of orchid, yellow, and pink were styled the same as the matron of honor. The attendants carried long stemmed carnations matching their gowns.
Harold Logan Jr., of Ellsworth was best man. The ushers were Frank Ozella, Bath; Harold Logan Sr., Middleboro, Mass., and Robert Bell. Ricky Bell was a junior usher. Vicky Bell was the flower girl. She wore a full length mint green gown. Brent Bell was the ring bearer.
A reception followed in the church Fellowship Hall. Debbie Turner was in charge of the guest book. Mrs. Robert Bell attended the gift table. Ann Logan served the wedding cake after the first traditional piece had been cut by the bride. Brenda Clayton was at the punch bowl and Mrs. Viola Perry was in charge of the refreshments assisted by Mrs. William Leach and Mrs. Osborne Stairs.
The bride is a 1968 graduate of Washburn High School. The groom graduated from Memorial High School, Middleboro, Mass. and the Leland Powers School, Boston. He is employed by WAGM radio.
Following a wedding trip to Prince Edward Island, the couple will reside at 13 Third St., Presque Isle.
