Richard L. Peary Marries At Bristol, R. I., Church

BRISTOL, R.I. -- St. Mary's Church of Bristol was the setting for the July 20 [1968] wedding of Miss Christa B. Stelz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hedwig Stelz of Nettelbeckstr, Germany, and Mr. Richard L. Peary, son of Mr. and Mrs. Linwood Peary of Washburn, Maine.

The bride, escorted by her brother-in-law, William Jaegle wore street-length sheath dress of ivory white brocade with a three-quarter length coat of matching material. Her shoulder-length veil of ivory lace was caught by white tea roses. She carried a colonial bouquet of white mums and tea roses.

The matron of honor was Mrs. Frank Duron of Middletown. She wore a street-length dress of yellow chiffon with matching headpiece and carried a colonial bouquet of yellow mums and daisies.

The bridegroom was attended by Frank Duron of Middletown. A reception and dinner was held at the Coachman's Inn at Tiverton.

The bride is a graduate of schools in Nettelbeckstr. Germany, and is employed as beautician in Bristol.

The bridegroom graduated from Washburn High School, attended the University of Maine.

and served four years in the Navy. He is employed by Raytheon as en electronics field engineer at Middletown.

After a trip to Montreal and Quebec, the couple will be at home at 130 Mt. Hope Ave., Bristol.
