The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a floor length organza and chantilly lace empire sheath gown with chapel train coat. She carried a white Bible with yellow sweetheart roses attached to white streamers.
The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Relland Clark assisted by the Rev. Lloyd Sparks.
Ronald now was soloist and Mrs. Merle Dow was organist.
Miss Tina James was the maid of honor and Mrs. James Curry was matron of honor.
The other attendants were Miss Kathy James, Mrs. Darrell Peary of Jackman and Mrs. Hartson Blackstone Jr. of Perham.
The attendants gowns were full-length A-line mint green brocaded taffeta. They carried long stemmed yellow roses.
Flower girls were Kathy Wilcox and Karla Jean Black.
Woodford Wilcox of Rockville, Conn. was best man. Usher were Robert Wilcox of Millinocket, Darrell Peary of Jackman, Jerry Ogdon of Waterbury, Conn., and Denny Wilcox, Mark Wilcox was the ring bearer.
A reception was held in the church vestry. Assisting were Miss Darlene James. Mrs. Penny Clark, Miss Carlene Bondeson, Mrs. Judy Marr, Mrs. Amber Tarr, Mrs, Grace Parker, Sylvia Blackstone and Carla Martin.
The bride graduated from Washburn District High School in 1965 and is employed by the Arthur R. Gould Memorial Hospital in the clerical department.
The bridegroom graduated from Washburn District High School in 1965 and is a senior at Fort Kent State College.
Following a wedding trip to Niagara Falls, the couple will reside at Clark St., Washburn for the summer.
