Dianne Charette Weds At Pentecostal, Church

WASHBURN -- Miss Dianne Charette, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Camille Charette of Washburn, and John Eugene Young, son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Young of Westboro, Mass., were united in marriage at the Washburn Pentecostal Church. Sept. 14 [1968] with the Rev. Lloyd Sparks officiating.

Soloist was Steven Sparks, accompanied by Margaret Harris.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a white velvet gown with embroidered pearls. Her veil was attached to a crown of seed pearls. She carried a cascade of white, bronze and yellow poms.

Her only attendant was Miss Cammy Charette, who wore a gold dress. She carried a bouquet of bronze and yellow poms, which matched her headpiece.

Best man was Robert Young.

A reception was held in the church basement after the wedding ceremony.

The couple will he at home on Church Street in Washburn after Sept. 20, following a wedding trip to Canada and Niagara Falls.
