Elva McDougal Is Wed In North Sullivan Church

The North Sullivan Church was the scene of the October [1969] wedding of Miss Elva McDougall, daughter of Emma and the late Glenwood McDougall of Washburn, and Hollis Hills, son of Lt. Col. (Ret) and Mrs. K. B. Hill of Sullivan.

Matron of honor was Mrs. Gareth Johnson of New Sweden, sister of the bride. Best man was Bruce Mills, brother of the bridegroom.

The double ring ceremony was performed by Mrs. Margaret Henrickson of Sullivan. The bride was given away by her brother, Bernard McDougall of Augusta.

The young couple is attending Washington State College in Machias.
