Jones - Carlton

WASHBURN -- Announcement has been made of the engagement of Miss Susan Jones to Brian Carlton, son of Mr. and Mrs. F. A. Carlton of Crouseville. The bride-elect is the daughter of Mrs. Richard Stoddard of Washburn and Charles Jones of Waldoboro.

Miss Jones, a 1966 graduate of Washburn High School, is a senior at the University of Maine where she is a member of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority.

Mr. Carlton, also a graduate of Washburn High School, attended Lea Academy and the Maritime Forest Ranger School, University of New Brunswick, Frederiction, N. B. He is employed by the Northern Division of the Maine State Forest Service, Island Falls.

A June wedding is planned.
