PERHAM - Mr. and Mrs. Calvin E. Wardwell have announced the engagement of their daughter, Ruth Marie, to Brian C. Anderson. son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Anderson of Caribou.

Miss Wardwell graduated from Washburn High School in 1969 and is employed at the Big L Health and Beauty Aids, Presque Isle.

Mr. Anderson graduated from Caribou High School in 1969 and is now a student at Northern Maine Vocational Technical Institute, Presque Isle.

A March wedding is planned.
