Natalia Howe Becomes Bride Of Carroll Bragg

WADE -- Miss Natalia Diane Howe, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George H. Howe of Ashland, became the bride of Carroll Alton Bragg, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alton Bragg of Wade, June 20 [1970] at Dunntown Advent Christian Church.

The Rev. Read Blackstone officiated. Organist was Mrs. Clarence Silver and soloist was Mrs. Robert Helstrom.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of organza and chantilly lace.

The A-line empire dress was accentuated with a matching cathedral train. Her forehead headpiece of chantilly lace and organza was attached to an elbow-length veil. She carried a cascade bouquet of pink glads.

The matron of honor was Mrs. Robin Mahaney of Presque Isle and Mrs. Donald Winston of Washburn was bridal attendant. They wore pink gowns and carried bouquets of pink, white and lavender.

Best man was Merle Bragg of Wade. Ushers were Dale Howe and George Howe of Ashland.

A reception was held at the D.A.V. Hall. Presque Isle. Assisting were Mrs. Mildred Merchant, Mrs. Linda Bragg, Mrs. Linda Therianlt, Mrs. Treas Theriault and Miss Lois Bragg.

The bride is a graduate of Ashland High School and has been employed at the Converse Rubber Company, Presque Isle.

The bridegroom graduated from Washburn District High School in 1965 and has served in the Army. He is employed by the International Paper Company, Industrial Park. Presque Isle.

The couple will reside in Wade.
