Organist was Annella Peterson and soloist was Joy Parker.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a gown of white chiffon over peau de soie fashioned with lace bands and pink satin ribbons. She carried white daisies and red roses.
Linda Rasmuessen of Woodland was maid of honor. She wore a blue gown. Bridesmaids were Rhoda Philbrook, and Nancy Conroy of Westfield, Mass. Their gowns were pink and green. They each carried long-stemmed roses.
Flower girl was Glennda Fox. Ring bearer was Wendell Thompson Jr.
Best man was Paul Pangburn of Caribou. Ushers were Ronald Fox of New York and Cary Fox of Washburn.
A reception was held at the church hall. Assisting were Miss Jill Fox, Mrs. Rita Fox, Miss Tammy Philbrook, Miss Constance Caverhill, Miss Milly Theriault, and Mrs. Roberta Thompson.
The couple will reside in Washburn.
The bride is a 1970 graduate of Caribou High School, Mr. Fox is a 1969 graduate of Washburn District High School.
