HONOR GRAD - PFC Ernest Rasmussen, 21, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Rasmussen of Washburn was an honor graduate of Airborne Class 34 at the U.S. Army Infantry School at Fort Benning, Ga. Rasmussen was presented a trophy, also the 43rd Company flag. He is a 1969 graduate of Washburn High School and a 1971 graduate of NMVTI, Presque Isle. His wife, Bonnie, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wilfred Bell of Caribou and they have a daughter Tina.
