Miss Carmichael Is Bride Of Jon Clark

PRESQUE ISLE - Miss Kendra Lynn Carmichael, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Burrell Carmichael of 31 Mechanic Street, became the bride of Jon W. Clark, son of Irvine Clark and the late Muriel Clark of Washburn June 24 [1972].

The ceremony was performed jointly at the Grant Memorial Methodist Church by thc Rev. James Word of Presque Isle, and by the bride's uncle. the Rev. Galen MacDonald of Pittsburgh, Pa.

Maid of honor was Miss Pierrette Ayotte of Madawaska. Bridesmaids were Miss Wanda Carmichael of Washburn and Mrs. Alan Chalou of Mapleton. Junior bridesmaids were Miss Lizabeth MacDonald of Franklin, N. H., and Miss Angela MacDonald of Brewer.

Best man was Jay Clark of Rochester, N. Y. Ushers were James Clark of Washburn, and Richard M. Duncan of Mars Hill, Junior ushers were Dirk Duncan of Mars Hill and Martin MacDonald of Brewer.

A reception was held at the Masonic Temple.

The bride is a graduate of Presque Isle High School, is a senior at the University of Maine at Presque Isle. The bridegroom, a graduate of Washburn High School, is employed by Riverhead Corporation of Fort Fairfield.

After a honeymoon on the Maine seacoast, the couple will reside at Centerline Road, Presque Isle.
