JoAnne Drost Becomes Bride At Washburn

WASHBURN - Miss JoAnne Drost, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Perley Drost of Washburn became the bride of Roger Hewitt, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harley Hewitt of Woodland, at a June 24 [1972] wedding ceremony held at Washburn Pentecostal Church. The Rev. David Asel officiated.

Miss Colleen Gregg was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Terry Theriault and Sandra Drost. Flower girl was Barbara Pike.

Best man was Ronald Hewitt. Ushers were Douglas Drost and William Pike. Ring bearer was William Pike Jr.

The reception was held at Mapleton Community Hall.

The couple will reside at Washburn.

The bride graduated from Washburn High School.

The bridegroom attended Woodland schools and is employed by Freeman Corey.
