WASHBURN -- Mr. and Mrs. Merton Parker have announced the engagement of their daughter, Joy Elaine, to Vincent Manzo, son of Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Manzo, of Staten Island, N.Y.

Miss Parker is a 1970 graduate of Washburn District High School. Mr. Manzo is a 1967 graduate from Curtis High School in Staten Island.

Both are attending Zion Bible Institute in East Providence, R.I., and will be graduating this May.
