#38 Billy Taylor RB
After several good years with the NY Giants in the NFL,
Billy Taylor found his way to the Federals after being
cut from the Boston Breakers. This was lucky for the Federals,
because while Craig James suffered many injuries during the
1983 season, Billy Taylor became a solid back and finished second on
the team in rushing and first in pass receptions. After suffering some
minor injuries at the beginning of the 1984 season, Billy still
finished second in rushing and pass receptions for the Federals for
the second season in a row. Billy's career ended after the 1984 when he
did not join the team when they moved to Orlando.
