DB Mike Guess #44
After a brief appearance in the CFL during the 1980 season, Mike came to the Federals in 1983 and became one of the better players on a poor defense. During the 1983 season, Mike intercepted 5 passes, while also contributing one sack. 1984 proved to be his finest season as a professional, as he was Second Team All-USFL and he intercepted 11 passes. When the team moved to Orlando he went south too. While the team improved, Mike was benched a couple games into the season and was used mostly as a nickle back. Hew finished the season with two interceptions.
