Beautification

Dian Delantoni (the principal) along with the PTA have come up with a list of projects around the school that they would like to enlist the Dads Club to help with in some fashion.

This list includes:
    a) Kindergarten deck
    b) Kindergarten lattice and plants
    c) Sweep/blow the school yard periodically
    d) Big Toy sandbox (keep sand inside)
    e) Big Toy tan bark (smooth out piles)
    f) Prep wall for mural across from Child's Way
    g) Plant trees on front landing of school
    h) Purchase equipment for yard maintenance
        (power washer,etc.)
    i) Honorary Service Plaque(afix to wall)
    j) Water problem on front steps of school
    k) Apply non-skid material on front steps of school.

If you would like to help with any of these projects, or if you have professional expertise that you could lend in terms of advice, it would be greatly appreciated-just let us know. You will not be expected to do all (or any) of the work--we will all pitch in--but we need some expertise in developing plans of action. There are some available funds through the PTA to help with a few of these projects, but the Dads Club will be trying to generate some of its own funds so as to not be fully reliant on the PTA.
