I discovered Shou'ou, Bio-Mimicry, Aposematic (or Cryptic) Coloration. This biological defense mechanism forms a camouflage that matches a subject's surroundings. On Earth, this mechanism is very limited, and conforms only to basic color patterns. On Abason and other planets where predators are more observant and determined to capture their prey, Bio-Mimicry has evolved to a level of DNA copying, wherein a test subject has compromised its own gene pattern to match that of its environment, which results in a sort of invisibility for the user. I have yet to use this technique in human subjects, but it's only a matter of time! The Greatest Scientific Genius in the Universe cannot be stopped!
I also discovered several new uses for MASU, a subject which I will expound upon in future journals.
Dimensional Door (Tenchi Universe): This dimensional tunnel serves as a go-between between Kiyone's ship, the Yagami, and any point withing a few hundred meters. It was made using one of Tenchi's house's sliding doors as well as my own dimensional technology. This door came in handy at several points in the series.
Dimension Tuner (Tenchi Universe): One of my greatest and most complex inventions, this machine allowed the user to create any sort of dimension for themselves that they wanted, with parameters set to the person's ultimate wants and desires. It was made complete with a portal in the 800 meter range (take that, Stargate!) I created this as a secret project, but in their haste to get what they want, just about everyone in the Masaki household got their hands on it before it was completed, inputing all their own personal desires. This threw everyone into a dimensional mess, entangling Time and Space, and I had to fix the damn thing while everyone was wandering from custom dimension to dimension.
Dimensional Tunnel (Shin Tenchi): Because Tenchi was going to be apart from us for quite some time in Tokyo, I created this star-shaped, seemingly hollow device, made from flexible wire. When attached to a surface, it became the entry point to Tenchi's apartment (specifically through his comforter on his bed). Once opened, the tunnel allowed everyone to travel instantaneously from Tenchi's house in the mountains to his apartment in Tokyo. The only way the tunnel could be closed would be if it was broken, closed manually, or if Tenchi's comforter were closed; this would essentially seal off the entrance.
Dimensional Oscillation Cannon (Shin Tenchi): This is a weapon I've used only once; it fires a cartridge with direct impact at speeds up to 120kph.
DNA/Mind Transfer Machine (Tenchi Universe): I created this machine in conjunction with Mecha-Washu, and it was designed to transfer the mind data of one person into an inanimate object. I was going to use this in order to transfer the data in my own mind to Mecha-Washu, but Mihoshi accidentally transferred hers to the machine instead.
Eight Worst Hells (Shin Tenchi): For Carnival, I invented this never-before-seen (on Earth, anyway) event. An obstacle course with eight levels of difficulty, the Hells included the Pool of Blood, the Hill Of Needles and others. Can you believe what some people will pay for?
High Power Cotton Candy Maker (Tenchi Universe): I made this device for Kiyone and Mihoshi, after Ryo-ohki ate all the carrots that they were using in their yakisoba during the carnival. Its speed and ease of use definitely made it an efficient machine. Once again, however, Mihoshi was the ultimate catalyst in destruction, accidentally letting it go so out of control that it consumed the carnival grounds in a sea of cotton and sugar.
Happy Face Tracking Device (Tenchi Universe): This little gadget made its debut in the manga (I created one for Ryoko's clone Minagi so I could keep track of her, but Mihoshi . . . don't ask). Since then it's found its way into the TMiL movie, where Sasami wears it on her hat. --------->
Mecha-Washu (Tenchi Universe): Made with the intent of speeding up work in the lab, I created a mechanical version of myself and endowed it with many features, including a beam weapon, launchable fists, and even a backup body for emergencies. Unfortunately before I could transfer my intellect and vast knowledge to my clone, Mihoshi unwittingly interefered, infusing the machine with her clutzy, ditzy personality. This definitely caused trouble for Tenchi and friends, and only Kiyone knew the secret to stopping Mecha-Washu.
Mecha-Washu II (Tenchi Universe): A reprogramming of the failed Mecha-Washu I, once again, something goes wrong and Ryo-Ohki's mind got imprinted into the robot body. No, it was not cute. However, I keep this version around to consume the vast amounts garbage I create in my lab.
Meepozoid: This is my main janitorial robot. She takes care of windows, test tubes, and toilets with the same degree of cautious diligence. I installed her after Mihoshi's last disaster and she's been with me ever since.
Ryoko (OAV): My greatest creation! Made from the Masu and my own DNA, I used my ovae for "little Ryoko", so I'm more her mother than her creator. Ryoko's abilities of flight and teleportation are derived from my own powers. Our shared Astral Ring allows me complete access to her thoughts (unfortunately, Kagato used this feature to control her). I also created all of her outfits!
Ryo-Ohki (OAV): A living spaceship, Ryo-Ohki was also made of Masu, mixed with a mineral element I discovered in college. At once, Ryoko was given her own transportation, and a pet that would protect her to the death and never leave her side.
Soja (OAV): In order to create more space, I made Kagato's ship (yes, it was originally intended for him) with a reverse and a main dimension. Unfortunately, I never suspected that Kagato would trick me into trapping myself in the Shadow World, with no way out for 5000 years . . .
Souveniers (OAV): Once, a long time ago, I made some replica Chamber Pots from the Meowmeow Galactic Paleozoic Era, which at the time were selling for a good fortune apiece. I ran off the copies to make some quick, easy money (it's a long story). So the next time you see a bunch of tourists buying worthless knickknacks at a hundred bucks a pop, you know who you have to thank.
Tenchi Tests (OAV): My little guinea pig has gone through a lot in the name of science. Among others, my favorite subject has been subjected to the Astral Pattern, Psycholayer Pattern, Overdimensional Pattern, and Visual Psychological Tactics, or Erotic Warfare (yer sex appeal, of course!)
Washu Communications Network (Shin Tenchi): Created as yet another way for the girls to keep an eye on Tenchi, I made this series of small transmitter robots that were spread out over the distance between Tenchi's house and Tokyo. Operating on a communications sytem that involved passing data and images from one robot to the other, the WCN showed what Tenchi was doing 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, that moron Yugi tampered with the system, causing the robots to send mixed messages back to the household.
