After walking for a long time Tommy's D-tector shows a map of where they need to go. As they get closer each kids D-Tector opens a new path to their destination. They reach a castle where Sorcermon takes them in and shows them a gem that contains Seraphimon. While this is happening Grumblemon, Ranamon, Mercecuremon and Arbormon arrive at Forrest Terminal in search of the kids. The kids D-Tectors go off and a beam of light shoots out of them. They aim at the gem and it releases Seraphimon, who tells them the story of how he was trapped there when Cherubimon took over the Digital World Grumblemon, Ranamon, Mercuremon and Arbormon bust in and the kids all Spirit Evolve. The evil Digimon end up destroying Seraphimon and all thats left is an egg. Zoe runs up and grabs the egg before it's broken. Sorcermon tells the kids that they need to find Ophanimon because she is the only one who can bring Seraphimon back from the egg. The kids take a secret passage that leads to a Trailmon. Sorcermon stays behind and is destroyed but the kids escape on the Trailmon.
