The graphics are good and the blood looks good when it slides down the walls and other objects. The music is done by Rob Zombie and fits the game. The story takes place 100 years after the first but this time you only have one character to choose from. This game has some options that other games dont, like a violence level and you can make the graphics run smooth or have realistic graphics. The only thing i didn't like about the game is the control cause it's not very tight. The game also lets you perform fatalities when you kill a monster which is cool. Get Nightmare Creatures 2 if you liked the first or if you are looking for a bloody game. I give Nightmare Creatures 2 a 8.7
