I don't really have anything to say about such a horrible and boring story. I give story a 0/10 Control Control is the same as most fighting games and isn't stiff like most of them. All 36 characters have their own moves but most of the button pushes are the same thing for character moves. I give control a 7/10 Voice Acting, Sound Effects and Music There isn't any good voice actors in this game. Each character has a voice but guys sound like girls and girls sound like guys. The sound effects are below average and some characters grunts sound like dogs. The music is horrible and forgetable. I give voice acting, sound effects and music a 1/10 GamePlay Punch, jump, kick and repeat. Thats all the gameplay there is. Stages are boring and non-interactive. Most of the characters are Street Fighter rejects. It's also hard to tell if some of the characters are male or female. I give gameplay a 4/10 Replay Value Well there are 36 characters to play as. there is also a 2 player mode and a special mode that hooks up a Neo Geo Pocket to your Dreamcast to trade data. There isn't anything to unlock after beating the game once. I give replay value a 5/10 Final Score I give The King Of Fighters Dream Match 1999 a 26/100
