Revelation 14:17
And another angel came out of the temple which is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle.

This is sixth angel in this chapter and this angel is also coming from the temple of heaven. This angel also has a sharp sickle.

Revelation14:18
"And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire;"

This the sixth angel that we see in this chapter. This angel comes from the altar of God. This angel has power over fire.

"and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully ripe."

The sixth angel tells the fifth angel with a loud voice, put you sickle in and gather the "vine of the earth," because her grapes are ready.

Now first of all we have to picture this. Remember I told you a sickle was for cutting down corn stalks. If you have ever been around corn stalks, you will know they are very strong and thick. The sickle has to be sharp in order to cut the stalk down.

This angel is told to use his sickle on grapes! Can you image what a mess you will have. Grapes are soft and juicy, when you finish this all you will have a red "bloody" mess from the grape juice.

This is telling you the Lord will ruin this vine and the fruit it produced and make it useless. He is talking about Satan's system as it is written.

Deut 32:31 For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges.

This is telling you that the people of the earth will have a "rock," but their "rock" is not our "Rock." That means they will think they are following Jesus but they are not. They do not know they are not following Jesus.

32 For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, and of the fields of Gomorrah: their grapes are grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter:

The Father is telling us their vine is the vine of the earth. Which is the vine of Sodom and Gomorroh. What does that mean? "Sodom" as used here in Hebrew means "burnt or burning." The word "Gomorroh" means a "ruined heap." So what they depend on (vine) burns them, and where they live is a ruined heap.

The fruit "grapes" they produce is poison "gall" and their bunches of fruit are bitter. This is what is happening on the earth and the Lord is angry. Does these things sound familiar? Like part of the seals and trumps and vials. As you can tell this is just another picture for us to see what is happening and what the Lord will do.

33 Their wine is the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps.

The wine that they are drinking and intoxicated with is poison from Satan. They are being violently poison by the venom and destroyed. All of this is mentioned in Revelation.


34 Is not this laid up in store with me, and sealed up among my treasures?

The Father is saying "don't you think I know what Satan and his system is doing to my children on earth? I remember and keep it with me.

35 To me belongeth vengeance, and recompence; their foot shall slide in due time: for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste.

The Father says don't worry I will pay them back for what they are doing and at a certain time they will loose their power over the earth. I will not wait long. You see as it is written a thousand years to us is a day to the Lord. Satan and his angels will only be on earth for five months spiritually destroying the people. So that is only a few seconds in the Fathers time!! The Father loves his children, but he has given them free will to decide between Him and Satan.

Let us look at another place that this is mentioned in the Word. The Father is very good to us, if we want to understand.

Jer 50:16 Cut off the sower from Babylon, and him that handleth the sickle in the time of harvest: for fear of the oppressing sword they shall turn every one to his people, and they shall flee every one to his own land.

Satan's system will not be able to plant anymore evil and the one with the sickle will be stopped from his destruction of their system. Jesus will be here and the Word of God is the Sword. That means when Jesus is speaking, everything he is saying will destroy all of Satan work and systems. Everyone will know they followed the wrong person. They will be running away in fear and shame as it is written.

17 Israel is a scattered sheep; the lions have driven him away: first the king of Assyria hath devoured him; and last this Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon hath broken his bones.

The church which is spiritual Israel, are scattered sheep, they don't know where to go what to do or who to follow. There is two things that have happened to them. First they don't even know who they are, because they have been consumed by the gentiles. Then they had their strength broken, by the confusion.

WOW can you see what this is Saying. Both spiritually and in the flesh. Thank you Father for your wisdom!!

The "church" is in total destruction, because we live by the Word of God. Now if the "church" doesn't even know who they are and when the Father is trying to talk to them in his Word, how can they understand?

That means most people in the "church" today are under the false impression that when the bible mentions "Israel," it is talking about "the Jews" and not them because they are the "gentiles"!!! Do you know what the word "gentile means in Hebrew and Greek? It means heathen, one that does not believe in The Father. Is a Christian a gentile? No way, not a true Christian!!!

The next thing is "the church" is scattered and in confusion. This church believes this that church believes that. if you follow this church you will go to heaven if you follow that church you will go to hell. What are we supposed to do, what are we supposed to believe? How can we know who is right and who is wrong? Wow Satan has "church" split up and in total confusion and is laughing at them and is up in heaven right now accusing them with the Father. The Father has to listen, because it is true.

They have no strength because they are always fighting each. They say "I am right your wrong."

18 Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will punish the king of Babylon and his land, as I have punished the king of Assyria.

The Father says "because they have done this to my children I the Lord of everyone I created, the God of Israel. I will punish Satan and his confusion. Just like I did to "Assyria." Let us find out what the Lord did then and then we will find out who will take care of Satan, as it is written
Isa 37:36 Then the angel of the LORD went forth, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred and fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses.

There is so much we can learn from the Word, don't let anyone tell you some of it is not important to us.

Revelation 14:19
And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of God.

So the angel thrust in his sickle and pulled all the evil and poison from the earth and put it in the great winepress of God, which is his punishment.

Revelation 14:20
And the winepress was trodden without the city, and blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space of a thousand and six hundred furlongs.

Everything was destroyed by the Lord and there was so much poison it covered the earth and they were deep in it.

Just remember Jesus is the true vine. Jesus is the Word of God. If you are connected to the Word of God and you are getting your spiritual food from some man, then You are in trouble. Ask the Father for guidance, it is all written and he explains everything we need to know and he draws us pictures as a parent would for a child. He loves us and wants our love. Have you told him Thank you and that you love him lately?
