Subj: Answer to a ? about Revelation 16:3-11

I received a question about this last study and the Father blessed the answer and I wanted to share it with the rest of you.
How can you say this is for their protection?
Yes they are and thank the Father for his mercy!! Let me explain 2 Thes 2:10 to you.
II Th 2:10-12
10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
verse :10 because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
these people did not understand the Word of God and follow it during that time, so that they would be protected from the deception.
verse:11 God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
The Father will make them believe Satan's lies, because they did not study the Word.
verse :12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
This word "damned" means to judge or seperate. These people will be seperated from the rest when Jesus returns, because they kept doing the things that God did not want them to.
I want to make a couple of points. One is that when Jesus returns he will be seperating the christian from the non-christian. The second point you have to understand is the Father is the one that allows someone to understand the truth or to have faith. If the Father does not open a persons spiritual eyes then they can not understand. The reason why, is because if they did have their spiritual eyes open and they did understand fully what was going on and they still followed Satan, then Jesus blood would not be able to cover that sin.
Let me show you in the Word about these different points.
What Jesus will do when he returns is written.
Matt 25:31-33
31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
32 And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

The Father is the one who opens the eyes as he wants to.
Acts 2:39
39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

The Lord is the one that does the choosing.
Acts 2:47
47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

The Lord added to the church as he wanted to.
1 Cor 3:7
7 So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.

Paul tells us here it isn't what we do that is anything, it is the Father that provides the Holy Spirit to a person.
As you can see the Father is the one that either opens the eyes or not.
The next thing I want you to understand is the reason that the Father does what he does, as it is written
Heb 10:26-27
26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,
27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

This verse tells us, if we know the whole truth and we sin, then we will not have our sins forgiven. That means at the white throne judgment we would go into the lake of fire. So the Father protects most people from being able to understand and then they will not be held accountable.
All the people who believe Satan and follow him during that time, will be taught during "the thousand years". Then they will have to choose between Satan and Jesus as it is written.
Satan will be placed in prison for the thousand years.
Rev 20:1-3
1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.
2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,
3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

During that same thousand years the people who did not believe Satan, will be put in charge of the world to teach the people who were fooled by Satan.
Rev 20:4
4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

Then Satan will be let out to get people to follow him against Jesus and the christians. The Word tells us that the number of people that will follow Satan and go against Jesus will be as many" as the sands of the sea!"
Rev 20:6-8
6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

Then after that you have the white throne judgment, which the Father will do the Judging and if your not in the book of life you will go into the Lake of fire with Satan. This is know as the second death. Which means the death of your soul.
Rev 20:11-15
11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

As you can see the Father loves all of his children that he created and he doesn't want to have to kill any of them, but he will have to at the white throne judgment.
