Revelation 18:15
The merchants of these things, which were made rich by her, shall stand afar off for the fear of her torment, weeping and wailing,

The ones who sold Satan's system to others, will stand away from her, because they will be afraid of getting what the system is getting. These people that did her work will be very upset. And do you know what these people will be saying?

16 And saying, Alas, alas, that great city, that was clothed in fine linen, and purple, and scarlet, and decked with gold, and precious stones, and pearls!

They will be saying woe,woe, because they thought that system was perfect and great. That it would last forever, it had everything it wanted.

Revelation 18:17
For in one hour so great riches is come to nought.

They can't believe it all that gone in one hour. They thought they had a sure thing, but they found out they were wrong.

Revelation 18:17
And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off,

Now we have a third group of people who are going to be upset about all this. These people were the ones that transported all Satan's sytems "goods" to the people of the world. When Jesus returns they will also be standing back, looking at the destruction of this world system.

Revelation 18:18
And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!

These people will also not believe what happened to this great system. It was so powerful and there wasn't any other system like it ever. They will see it "burned up and destroyed."

Now let us take a look at something written in 2 Peter, and we will be able to see when this will happen and what exactly will happen. Thank the Father for his Word! He is so good to us.

II PETER 3:10
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night;

Peter is telling us, That on the Lord's day, he will come and no one will expect him. Why? Because everyone will think he is here all ready. Satan will be pretending to be him.

:10 in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Now the next part tells us that when Jesus does return, everything that we know and see with our flesh eyes will be burnt up and everything we did in the flesh will be burned up. This is what the kings, merchants and shipmasters will be seeing happen.

II PETER 3:11
11 ¶ [Seeing] then [that] all these things shall be dissolved, what manner [of persons] ought ye to be in [all] holy conversation and godliness,

Then Peter goes on to say to the true christians, now that you know all the flesh and all of it's works will be gone, don't you think you should be doing spiritual things and taking care of God's work?

II PETER 3:12
12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

Because as Christians we know all these flesh things will be gone and will do us no good at all, on the Lord's day.

II PETER 3:13
13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

Peter goes on to tell us as Christians we know that it is written there will be a new heaven and earth, where there will be only things that are good in the eyes of God. Did you know that is what we look forward to as Christians? We are not to care about this earth in the flesh at all, it is not our earth.

We have a second witness to what will happen at the return of the Lord in 2 Thess.

II Th 2:8-9
8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

This part tells us that when Jesus returns, he will destroy everything Satan has built, just by coming back. There will be no fight.

The reason is, because the system Satan will have put together has to do with this flesh world and "fixing it up" and helping all the flesh people with their hunger and their sickness, and their crime, and their wars and their poverty.

But when Jesus returns all flesh things will be gone. This means that we will all be in the spirit and all of these things do not happen in the spirit.

See how Satan will get people to follow him and you can also see how Jesus will destroy it all in an instant?

Revelation 18:19
And they cast dust on their heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.

Now we see that all these people that worked for Satan, will be upset that Jesus returns and they will loose their power. They are not upset that they were following Satan, because they don't care about God.

So that tells us they are not the ones that are going to be confused and ashamed. There is only one group left and that is the people who call themselves Christians. They will not have studied the Word, and they will be decieved by Satan. They are falling for his "false Christianity" now.

Ask yourself a question; Are you concerned with this earth and helping to make it a better place to live for everyone? If you answer "yes," then you need to get into the Word and find out if Jesus concerned himself with such things. Because you will follow Satan when he comes to earth.

Revelation 18:20
Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her.

But those christians in heaven and, and those christians on earth be happy, because the Lord promised he would take revenge and he did. The people in the world that thought you were wrong, they thought their religion was right, will know the truth at that time, and they will be ashamed.

Revelation 18:21
And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.

And a very strong angel gives us an example of how Babylon would be destroyed very quickly, and that system will never happen again.

Revelation 18:22
And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;

Babylon will have no more celebrations, or victory feast, or the ability to make things, or people to do that systems works, no one will be under spiritual bondage ever again.

Revelation 18:23
And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

And that system will be in darkness forever, and those that were "married" or joined that system, will not be married anymore. Because the people that worked for that system, they were know as the great ones of the earth, and they led the people away from God by supernatural miracles.

Revelation 18:24
And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.

In Satan's system you will find the blood of everyone that was every killed on earth doing God's work. This tells you this system is already here, and has always been here, but on a smaller scale.
