Revelation 2:20

BECAUSE THOU SUFFEREST THAT WOMAN JEZEBEL

There is a false teaching they allow in their group. (Read the old testament story of the one called Jezebel. Basically what she did was belong to a heathen religion, and the King of Israel married her. She killed almost every true priest of God, and replaced them with her heathen priest. The people of Israel just accepted it and there was abomination in Israel, more than at any other time.)

WHICH CALLETH HERSELF A PROPHETESS, TO TEACH AND TO SEDUCE MY SERVANTS TO COMMIT FORNICATION,

AND TO EAT THINGS SACRIFICED UNTO IDOLS.

The people think the false teaching is from God, so that they learn it and are deceived and because of being deceived they will worship the antichrist. They will also take into their mind the false doctrines from Satan.

Jesus is speaking spiritually. These people have teachings that will lead them into the waiting arms of the Antichrist, when he gets here. They will go into "bed" with another man, they are suppose to wait for their true husband.

Revelation 2:21

AND I GAVE HER SPACE TO REPENT OF HER FORNICATION; AND SHE REPENTED NOT.

The Word of God tells everyone what to do. These people have no excuse. They did not want to turn from the false teaching, and turn back to the truth.

Revelation 2:22

BEHOLD, I WILL CAST HER INTO A BED, AND THEM THAT COMMIT ADULTERY WITH HER INTO GREAT TRIBULATION,

EXCEPT THEY REPENT OF THEIR DEEDS.

I want you to see something; who is going to cast them into great pressure? The Lord is. Remember these are followers of the ways, they are not doing what the Lord wants and he will punish them, unless they go back to the truth. So don1 let anyone tell you, all you have to do is believe, where is their works? Verse 2:19 tells us they believed, but it wasn't enough. In James chapter 2 he writes "faith without works is dead" four times, in verse :14, :17, :20, :26, Read the whole chapter.

The false teaching will be joined with the Antichrists teaching, and those that commit idolitry with her, by following Satan, will be under great pressure. Unless they change their mind and stop following false teachings and working for satan.

Revelation 2:23

AND I WILL KILL HER CHILDREN WITH DEATH; AND ALL THE CHURCHES SHALL KNOW THAT I AM HE WHICH SEARCHETH THE REINS AND HEARTS: AND I WILL GIVE UNTO EVERYONE OF YOU ACCORDING TO YOUR WORKS.

Those who follow false teachings will spiritually die. Then all followers of the ways will know, you can't hide your true self from the Lord. because When the Lord returns everyone will get what they have coming to them according to what they have done.

Revelation 2:24

BUT UNTO YOU I SAY, AND UNTO THE REST IN THYATIRA, AS MANY AS HAVE NOT THIS DOCTRINE, AND WHICH

HAVE NOT KNOWN THE DEPTHS OF SATAN, AS THEY SPEAK;

But to those of you who don't follow what Satan wants, you won't have to put up with more pressure than you have.
